The Clouds Background is a splicable non-solid connecting background block which was added as part of the Block Party 2 update. Up to 4 of this block can be dropped from harvesting its tree, which is made by splicing a Dark Grey Wallpaper Seed with a Clouds Seed. 10 of this block also has a chance to be dropped from harvesting a Building Blocks Machine.
