Hellfire Horns is an unsplicable hat item which was the Item Of The Month for April 2019. The item, along with the Hellfire Horns - Blue, Orange, Black and Ruby, was one of the the possible drops from purchasing April 2019 Item Of The Month for 200,000 gems in the Gem Store.

Your fire has been doused!

When equipped, it will grant the player the Punch Range & Fireproof: Hellfire mod which allows the player to punch farther and reduces damage from burning hazards by 50% while replacing the player's fist to orange flames coming out from the horns when punching.
