The Garden Shears is an unsplicable hand item which was added on 1 March 2019, as part of Spring Clash 2019. One can be obtained from the Spring Awards.
Function
When a player punches a Topiary Hedge while equipping this item, the hedge will assume one of the following shapes: bird, sphere, or spiral. Each punch will guarantee a different shape.
