The Emergency Dragon Claw is an unsplicable pet hand item which was added as part of the Dragon Invasion update on February 4, 2019.

 Emergency dragonic wisdom!

When equipped, this item grants the XP Buff: Surgery mod, which increases the amount of XP earned per surgery from 150 to 450. It also replaces the player's Fist with green flames and floating green crosses when punching.
