The Emergency Dragon Claw is an unsplicable pet hand item which was added as part of the Dragon Invasion update.
Function
 Emergency dragonic wisdom!

 Your medical wisdom is no more.

When equipped, it grants the XP Buff: Surgery mod which will give 450 xp per surgery (instead of 150) while replacing the player's fist with green flames with floating green crosses when punching.
