The Gourmet Dragon Claw is an unsplicable pet hand item which was added as part of the Dragon Invasion update.
Function
 Gourmet draconic wisdom!

 Your gastronomic wisdom is no more.

When equipped, the Gourmet Dragon Claw grants the XP Buff: Cooking mod, which allows the player to gain an extra 200 XP when successfully cooking a food item. It will also summon a gluttonous dragon pet in a chef attire and will follow the player around.
