Eir's Healing Rune is an unsplicable chest item which was added as part of the Treasure Hunt update.

When equipped, the player will heal faster than usual after receiving damage from hitting Lava or any other pain blocks in a similar manner to the Loving Halo.
Trivia
- While the healing effect is activated, the player will not be able to double-jump for a split second, only when they have the latter active in the first place.
