When equipped, it grants the Speedy: Go-Go! mod which allows the player to run faster than usual. It will transform the player's character into a robot using the Growformer PowerKey by consuming it. While in the robot mod, it replaces the player's fist to exploding rockets when punching, similar to the Legendbot-009.

Trivia

The Go-Go-Growformer!'s design and transformation effect is a reference to the Transformers.
As of the Player Appreciation Week update on August 15, 2022, player can now switch between the wearable item and its morph by wrenching oneself and clicking "Transform".
