The Anomalizing Exquisite Scanner is an unsplicable hand item that was released as part of Winter Clash.

When equipped, the Exquisite Scanner grants the Startopia skills: Exquisite Scanner mod, which allows the player to reduce skill fails during a Star voyage.

Trivia
- There are four different types of scanners which are Exquisite Scanner, Anomalizing Reliable Scanner, Anomalizing Pristine Scanner and the Anomalizing Elegant Scanner.
- It was used to earn points during the Super Startopians Grow Event. However, it was changed in Series 2 when it can no longer be used during a Grow Event.
