When creating tabbers, you should go into source editor. Look at the source code for the Silk Vest page (it's not very complicated!). It starts with <tabber> and ends in </tabber>. The title of each tab is written, followed by an equal sign =, and then all the content you want to put in that tab. To choose the next tab, use |-| and then repeat for the next tab.

When editing, use the preview button to see what you've created. Don't worry if you make a mistake, you can always revert it! You can use the Sandbox to try out edits first. I'll let you have a crack at the page and I'll be there to correct an error and help you'll out if you need it.
