This Blue Gem Lock is added along with the October Update! and the new Item Of The Month of October 2018. This lock can be obtained from the Sales-Man (dial 53785 on Telephone) with the price of 100 Diamond Locks.
Locking a world without any lock from other players with will let you achieve the new "Big Showoff" Achievement, granting the player with 5,000 Gems.
