When equipped, it provides the player the Reduced Growtime: Exquisite Cultivator mod which provides the player a 1% growth time reduction on trees.

Exquisite items can be converted back to 10 of it's Pristine version by combining them in a Laboratory or any chemical combiner with 5 Golden Block and 5 Steel Block.
It was used to earn points during the Speedy Splicers Grow Event by planting seeds with the Cultivator equipped. This item no longer awards points to players, but instead provides a 1% growth time reduction.
