The Spirit Guide is a neck item that was added with the B.O.O. Update. It makes you float in the air and releases constant shadows from your character, much like when jumping with the Cape of Shadows. It also reduces the chance of a Spirit Board or Dark Spirit Board from breaking when summoning ghosts.
