Overview
The Happy Joy Plaque replaced the Rollback Plaque after the Apology Weekend ended, making the Rollback Plaque unobtainable. It looks almost the same as the Rollback Plaque, but the only difference is that instead of being golden-yellow, it's light green, and it has a smiling face, not a sad one.
