The Whip of Truth is a hand item obtained from the Quest For Candour from the Legendary Wizard. When the player punches someone when equipped, they will say a secret (same effect as the Secret Of Growtopia). 

Steps

1. Deliver 2,000 Secret Of Growtopias.
2. Defeat 100 Growtopians in Games or Deathmatch Events.
3. Break 10,000 blocks.
4. Deliver 1,000 Mind-Ghost-In-A-Jars.
5. Plant 100,000 rarity worth of trees.
6. Earn 50 Growtokens.
7. Deliver 10 Super Squirt Gun Jetpacks.
8. Earn 20,000 XP.
9. Deliver 5 Soul Stones.
10. Deliver 140,000 Gems.
11. Destroy 200,000 rarity worth of blocks.
12. Defeat 100 villians.
13. Train 20 fishes.
14. Deliver 3 Celestial Lance.
15. Harvest 200,000 rarity of fruits from trees.
16. Deliver 5 Ring Of Shrinkings.
17. Deliver 3 Golden Talarias.
18. Deliver 5 Ancestral Totem of Wisdom.
19. Deliver 1 Summer Event Player Medal: Gold.
20. Deliver the Legendary Orb.
