Guild Potion - Blocks is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Guilds update.
Function
When the leader of a guild consumes one of these, there is a 1% bonus chance of an extra block to drop when anyone in the guild breaks a block. This effect lasts for 12 hours.
