All the Steps are easy. The hard part is Getting the Legendary Wizard, Splicing it will approximately cost 180+ DL's and Months of waiting for the tree to be fully grown(if you dont use any Spray). Buying a placed Legendary Wizard is way cheaper, but you need alot of connections to people and you will need to spend alot of Months or Diamond Locks (for SB's) to find someone who is selling a Legendary Wizard.
