The Tommygun is a hand equipment item When equipped, it adds the Armed And Dangerous mod, which makes you fire the Tommygun instead of punching with your fist. This effect was added with the 1.1.2 client update. This item shoots out bullets and make your eyes go red.

Trivia

The Tommygun is nickname given to a famous gun used in the late 1900s called the "The Thompson" this gun was given a drum magazine to better suit it's high fire rate
