The Valentine's Card is an unsplicable consumable which was added on Valentine's Week 2018.
Function
Upon consumption, one Valentine's Dust will be given to the player, while a random user online is given one Golden Booty Chest. Five Valentine's Dusts will additionally spawn randomly in the chosen user's current world.
