The Valentine's Card was an item added in the 2018 Valentine's Week event. It can be obtained from the Valentine's Goodies pack. Upon consumption, it will give you one Valentine's Dust, and a random person in the game will be selected to obtain a moderate amount of Valentine's Dust, alongside with a Golden Booty Chest.
