To mix it you have to combine a Cherry Jelly Block, 20 Blueberries and 1 Transmog Crystal in a Laboratory, with a water on it.

Trying to mix it with a chemical combiner other than a Laboratory will show the message "Don't try this at home..."
Trying to mix it with a Laboratory without a water on it will show the message "There's not enough humidity here to form the perfect jelly!"
