Rollback Plaque 4 (IV) was introduced on December 12, 2017. The reason why it happened was because @Seth and @Hamumu account's were compromised. The hackers spawned tons of Emerald Locks, Phoenix Wings, Da Vinci Wings and gave them away. Using Seth's account, they'd also forced some famous players to SB saying that they were nubs. They made the items untradeable due to the unfairness of these valuable items being spread around growtopia. Also, @Seth and @Hamumu were demoted as mods for a certain period of time. This was a big change in gGrowtopia history because this was the first ever Rollback that wasn't enforced due to miss-coding.
