The Chi Harmonizer is an unsplicable background block which was added as part of the Strange Crystals Update.
Function
A Chi Harmonizer increases the range of the rarity required to balance a Harmonic Crystal placed above it, similar to how a Harmonic Lock works. This is a single-use item, which will be destroyed when the crystal is shattered.
