Neon Nerves are a clothing item introduced during the Strange Crystals update. It leaves a rainbow trail behind the player when they walk, giving them the Speedy mod.

- Neon Nerves are 0.36% faster than Air Robinsons.
- Neon Nerves combined with Air Robinsons are 20.03% faster than Air Robinsons.
- Neon Nerves combined with Air Robinsons are 19.60% faster than only Neon Nerves.
- Neon Nerves do not Stack with Speed Medallion, though they do stack with other items which grant Speedy mod.
