For a tasty snack, take fresh pumpkin seeds, roast in the oven in a single layer at 300F until dry (about 50 minutes), then take them out, toss with melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and salt, and return to the oven at 350F until golden (about 12 more minutes). Growlicious!
