When equipped, this item grants the I'm On A Shark! mod, which allows the player to move faster in water. Unlike items such as the Swim Fins and Mermaid Tail, the Demon Megalodon does not slow the player down on land.
The Demon Megalodon shares exactly the same mod as its regular counterpart, the Megalodon.
