Template:ItemOld Zinc is a face item which was introduced during SummerFest 2017. When worn, Zinc lets you take 50% less damage from touching Lava and other burning hazards, similar to Asbestos Boots. It is a common prize from Summer Surprises. This item grants the Fireproof mod.
