The Tomb Robber is a non-solid NPC foreground block which was added as part of The Adventure Pack Strikes Back! update on June 1, 2017.

Function

When a player walks past a Tomb Robber, the Tomb Robber will steal the player's adventure items that have been set for them to steal. The Tomb Robber will seemingly disappear from the player afterward. Moreover, every Adventure Tomb Gate in the world will be toggled on or off for that particular player, depending on whether it was previously open or closed.

Trivia

• When first introduced, the Tomb Robber would not drop when smashed. It was made a permanent item during Player Appreciation Week 2019.
