Recipe
It is obtainable by cooking a meal between 95%-100%. To reach a such percentage, you have to punch the oven when all the ingredients are 'Perfect' and the correct amount of spices have been used. The final percentage is randomized, it is possible to not get above 95% regardless of the perfect timing.
