The Cosmic Sky Horse is an unsplicable feet item which was added as part of the Night Of The Chemicals update. One can be dropped from combining a Cosmic Bridle, 20 Synthetic Chemical, and a Pegasus in any Chemical Combiner.
Function
When equipped, a message says "You can move faster!" The player is also granted the Speedy mod as long as the item is still equipped. When unequipped, another message says "You are slow again."
