It is (basically) spliced by combining Stove and a Checkered Wallpaper seed.
Using
An apron has very high rarity (unknown to me) and can be traded easily like that. Its part of the Cook Clothing Set, also included are Spartula and the Chef Hat. Its an Shirt-related clothing tile.
