This door has been barricaded, so zombies can't get through it, only normal Growtopians! Place one and then use your Wrench on it to set the destination.

The Barricaded Door is a item added with Night of the Sewing Dead update. They work same as regular doors with exception that only non-infected growtopians can go throught them and blocking access to infected ones.
