Skull Launcher is a splicable hand item which was added as part of Night of the Sewing Dead update on February 3, 2017 .
Function
When equipped, this item replaces your Fist with skull projectiles which will create black holes, you can use this weapon as a zombie to kill other zombies during G-Virus Pandemics.
