Skull Launcher is a splicable hand item which was added on 3 February 2017 in Night of the Sewing Dead.

Trivia

This item is the second item to involve a clothing seed to be used in its recipe, after the Kansas Pigtails.
This item replaces the normal punch with skull projectiles, which create black holes on targeted tiles.
