The Zombie Hound is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Night of the Sewing Dead update.
Function
When equipped, a zombified pooch pet appears and follows the player around. The Zombie Hound serves a purely cosmetic purpose.

Trivia
- This item was previously an exclusive reward for placing in the top 3 in the Zombie Stomp Daily Challenge, which was subsequently removed due to the high amount of players cheating within the challenge. The Zombie Hound was then made available via chemsynth and the Sales-Man.
