Zombie brain is a currency-like item that can exchanged for items by calling Sales-Man. It is obtained by killing zombies during a zombie outbreak event, though it is a uncommon drop. In order to kill zombies one must have equiped suitable weapon for zombie killling. Unlike Wolf Tickets and Cadeucei, it is tradable.

When you kill a zombie, the zombie brain does NOT go straight to your inventory, you have to collect it. Sometimes someone else who didn't kill the zombie will get the brain before you.

A World Lock can get you 3-5 brains, but whereas you need 15 to buy the least-costly item, it's not recommended to buy brains. It is easier to wait a few months, participate in a few Panademics, and earn a few brains each time. You can even sell them for profit just by killing a few zombies.
