I'm usually scaling the block length to the amount of vandalism that has been done by the user, no matter what the kind of vandalism was.

In this case it was Excessive vandalism on 10 or so pages, so that was well deserved. Deleting/Undo-ing each one of them is a tiring task.

Oh, i measure them by how "spammy" a page is, for example: if all conent is removed , etc
