The Surgical Defibrillator is a splicable component that was added alongside the Caduceus as part of Anniversary Week 2017.
Function
In performing surgeries, if the patient's heart happens to stop while they are under the effect of Surgical Anesthetic, the Surgical Defibrillator can be used to make it beat again.
