The Mini-Peng is a pet that was added in The Grand Tournament. You can get it by being Level 15 in the Prize Ladder. That means you will need Tourney Tokens.
Info: Master Peng is so swift, he can appear to be in multiple at once. But in the extra places, he looks very small.
