When equipped, this item grants the Cosmic Pal mod. When the player punches, it provides the same effects as the Cosmic Unicorn Bracelet, with the only difference being that it is red in color.

- A version of the pet summoned by the Eye Of Growganoth also exists as NPCs in the world GROWGANOTH, acting as pain blocks, thus making it more difficult for players to get to the maw.
