The Eye of Growganoth is a leash held by a necklace, similar to the Lucky Pendant. When punching, it has the same effects as the Cosmic Unicorn Bracelet, the only difference it has is that it is red in colour.
This item is only obtainable via Daily Challenge during Growganoth, and only started in 2016 Halloween.
The Eye of Growganoth could also be a reference to The Eye of Cthulhu from the game Terraria.
This can be trained as an Air Battle Pet.
