The Death's Scythe is a clothing item introduced in Halloween Week 2016. It has the Rapier punching effect, but it doesn't carve a 'G' into peoples' bodies. It also has the same effect of that a Pickaxe. It is meant to be more spooky then the Heavenly Scythe, which has a happier theme.
Dropping it is not worth it, as it is not for a Legendary Quest, or extremely awesome.
