Minor Otherworldly Bait was added during the 2016 Halloween Week. This looks like an Otherworldly Bait except even smaller than Lesser Otherworldly Bait and has a tiny M at the side of it. It catches really small Halloween fish (Up to 19 lbs), unlike 2015's Otherworldly Bait where you can get up to 200 lbs fish.
