Minor Otherworldly Bait was added during the 2016 Halloween Event. You can get this bait by dropping Wiggly Worm, Shiny Flashy Thing and Salmon Eggs. This looks like an Otherworldly Bait except even smaller than Lesser Otherworldly Bait.
In-game description
This is bait for fishing. Equip a fishing rod and then use this bait on water that you are standing next to in order to start fishing. This bait actually travels through a wormhole into a dark dimension and catches things there, instead of in the water. Minorly bad things.

This item never drops any seeds.
