You need a Sushi Knife to cut fish here. To cut fish, drop a fish from 5-200lb (1-4lb will waste it), then punch the Cutting Board with your Sushi Knife. Cutting a fish gives you one Fish Chunk for every 10lb of fish (rounded down). Exceptionally, fish weighing 5-9 lbs will give one Fish Chunk. For example, if you chop up a 14lb. Mahi Mahi, you will receive one Fish Chunk.
