The Inside-Out Vampire Cape in an unsplicable back item which was added as part of Halloween Week 2015 on October 29, 2015. It has an extremely low chance of obtaining when consuming 25 Cape Tatters on oneself.
Function
 You can jump in mid-air! It's like flying, but less.

When equipped, the Inside-Out Vampire Cape grants the Double Jump mod, which allows the player to jump for a second time in mid-air while it creates a flurry of red bats upon the player's death. Every time the player jumps, a red bat is released out of the cape and flies upwards before slowly disappearing.
Trivia
- Upon consumption of 25 cape tatters and getting a Inside-Out Vampire Cape, a message will appear saying "You screwed up and made your cape inside-out!".
