Function

Blast blocks from farther away! But weaker than punch.

Your vision is normal.

When equipped, this item grants the Eye Beam mod, which allows the player to punch one tile further, at the cost of decreasing their punch damage by 20%. It also replaces the player's normal punch effect with a laser beam fired from their eyes.

Trivia

• This item is based on the visor worn by Cyclops, a fictional Marvel superhero.
• When it was first released, the Cyclopean Visor didn't grant any bonus effect, thus serving a cosmetic purpose only. An update in 2013 gave the item its current mod.
