Where does the water come from?

Guess you finally ran out of water.

When worn, it gives the Fire Hose mod, which lets the player punch one tile further and replaces the player's punches with streams of water which can put out Fires. No damage can be dealt to blocks while the mod is active, although it allows the player to punch other players further.
