The Third Rollback Plaque (Rollback Plaque lll) is an item released and available for the August, 2015 dubbed the Apology Weekend, and as compensation for the third rollback.
On August 9, 2015, Hamumu made a thread on the forums saying that it was confirmed that another Rollback will take place, and Rollback Plaque III's will be splicable, but would not drop any seeds.
It was made by splicing a Cave Background Seed and a Sign Seed.
