The Penguin Leash is a leash that was added during Block Party Week on June 12, 2015.
You can obtained it by a chance drop after breaking Ice Block.
It shoots beams of ice, like the Ice Calf Leash.
When equipped, it grants the Icy Pet mod.
The chances of getting this leash is about as rare as getting the Piglet Leash but slightly more common.
